Racism; What is an ethical antiracist approach and what does white antiracism looked like?

This mornings #LeeJasperDriveTime looks at white responsibility for racism in the UK.

As D&I explodes as corporates and public sector bodies attempt to provide a refreshed diversity response for both the private and public sector, we discuss with senior white executives and black leaders what should be the ethical anti-racist response of white institutions and individuals to the challenges posed by #BlackLivesMatter #ThisYou and the #Covid19 crisis. 

Given the massive outpouring of support for BLM and the realities of #Covid19 disproportionate impact on Black communities, what should be the ethical response/dimension of those D&I businesses/consultancies black and white now securing contracts as a result of the #BlackLivesMatter movement and given the impact of #Covid19 will increase racial inequality, what now for racial equality in the UK?
